Each at-home LED light therapy session takes 15 to 30 minutes. Minimal setup, maximum results.

Step 1: Cleanse 
Remove all makeup, sunscreen and skincare. LED light therapy works best on clean, bare skin.

Step 2: Pick your colour 
Choose the LED wavelength that matches your skin concern. Refer to the wavelength guide above or your user manual.

Step 3: Goggles on 
Pop on the protective eye goggles before starting your session.

Step 4: Lie back and relax 
Position the pod over your face so it covers the full treatment area. Then do absolutely nothing for 15 to 30 minutes. You have earned it.

Step 5: Follow with skincare 
After your LED facial treatment, apply your favourite serum or moisturiser (hint: try our Peachaboo Hyaluronic Acid Serum). Your skin is primed for absorption.
