Shipping policy

This policy applies to purchases made through goomi.com.au and orders delivered within Australia.


Dispatch & Delivery

  • Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 12 pm local time on a business day will generally be dispatched the same day.

  • Standard dispatch timeframe: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

  • Peak periods: Dispatch may take slightly longer during major sales, product launches, public holidays and other periods of high demand.

  • Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, its status will be updated to Shipped and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

  • Delivery timeframe: Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping option selected and the courier. Please refer to the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Please Note

  • Order changes and cancellations: Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. We cannot changed or cancel an order once it has been submitted, so please check your details carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Free shipping threshold: eGift cards do not count towards the minimum spend required to qualify for free shipping.

  • Delivery estimates: Shipping and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Possible delays: Delays may occur during sales, launches, severe weather, public holidays or due to carrier disruptions and other circumstances outside GOOMi's reasonable control. GOOMi does not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Dispatch locations: Online orders are processed and dispatched from Sydney, New South Wales and Perth, Western Australia. Dispatch may therefore be affected by public holidays observed in either state.

  • Delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within seven business days after its estimated delivery date, please contact GOOMi so our team can assist.

  • Courier partners: GOOMi uses a range of delivery providers, including Australia Post, Australia Post Express, Team Global Express (Toll) and SEKO Logistics.

  • Express Shipping: $5.99: Estimated delivery 2-3 business days

Orders under $99

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99: Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days

  • Express Shipping: $12.99: Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days


Warehouse Pick Up

Shop your GOOMi favourites online and collect them from our Sydney or Perth warehouse.

Shop online and select Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email advising that your order is ready before visiting the warehouse.

Terms of Sale

All orders placed with GOOMi are subject to product availability, successful payment authorisation and acceptance by GOOMi.

GOOMi may cancel an order before dispatch where we are unable to fulfil it. If GOOMi cancels an order after payment has been received, we will notify you using the contact details provided with your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing displayed on our website are accurate. However, product packaging, colours and appearance may occasionally vary slightly from the images shown, including due to screen settings, packaging updates or manufacturing variations.
