My remote is not charging, or my mask won’t turn on. 

To charge the remote, you need to plug the USB-C side to the top of the remote - USB side to an output source.

Once the remote is fully charged, you need to swap the cable around - USB-C side to the mask and USB side to the cable

Is the LED waterproof? 

The mask is rated IPX67 as water resistant.

How can I clean the mask? 

• Always switch the mask off after the treatment.
• Wipe the device with alcohol swabs and ensure the charging port is kept dry. 
• Avoid bending, folding, pressing or squeezing the mask. 
• Once it is completely dry, place the mask back in its box ensuring it is laying flat to avoid damage.

Does the LED Light Therapy Pod have near-infrared light (NIR)?
No. The LED Light Therapy Pod does not feature near-infrared (NIR) light.

How many LED bulbs are in the pod?
The LED Light Therapy Pod contains 130 LED bulbs.

What is the lifespan of the LED bulbs?
The LED bulbs have an estimated lifespan of 12,500 hours.

What does the TEMP mode do?
TEMP mode provides gentle warmth for added comfort during your treatment.

The temperature setting ranges from 30 to 70. We recommend starting at 50, then adjusting the setting up or down according to your personal comfort.

What are the goggles made from?
The LED Light Therapy Pod goggles are made from rubber.

Can I microneedle with Stayve ampoules?

We recommend using Stayve ampoules with a nano cartridge for nanoneedling.

If using a numbered-pin or micro cartridge, do not exceed a treatment depth of 0.3–0.5 mm.

Can I store an opened ampoule if there is product remaining?

Yes. Once opened, store the remaining product in the refrigerator and use it within approximately 7–10 days.

How much area will one vial cover?

One vial should provide enough product to cover the face, neck and décolletage for one treatment.

Can I use the mask after microneedling?

Yes. The Hydra Calm Biocellulose Microneedling Recovery Mask is designed for use immediately following microneedling to help replenish hydration, cool the skin and support post-treatment recovery.

It can also be used throughout the recovery period whenever your skin needs additional hydration and soothing care.

How long should I leave the mask on?

Leave the mask on for approximately 15–20 minutes.

The mask feels relatively dry. Is this normal?

Yes. The biocellulose material is designed to sit closely against the skin like a second skin rather than feeling excessively saturated.

It provides cooling hydration and soothing care following intensive skin treatments.

Are replacement needle cartridges available?

No. The needle head is not replaceable.

We recommend replacing the complete derma stamp after approximately 15 uses within 3 months, or earlier if the needles become blunt.

How do I clean the derma stamp?

Before use: Spray the needles with 70% isopropyl alcohol and allow them to air dry completely.

After use: Rinse the needle head under lukewarm water to remove residue. Soak the needle head in 70% isopropyl alcohol for approximately 5–10 minutes, then rinse again with lukewarm water.

Allow the stamp to air dry completely on a clean paper towel in a clean, dry environment before storing.

Do I need to use the derma stamp with a serum?

We recommend using Peachaboo Hyaluronic Acid Serum to provide slip and improve comfort during treatment.

What are the needles made from?

The needles are made from medical-grade stainless steel.

What needle depths can I select?

The adjustable needle depth ranges from 0–3.0 mm.

Is the Dr. Pen M8S suitable for home or professional use?

The Peachaboo Vitamin C Serum is suitable for many skin types and is particularly suited to routines targeting dullness and uneven-looking skin tone.

Those with highly sensitive, compromised or actively irritated skin may experience sensitivity to ascorbic acid, particularly when using other active ingredients such as retinoids, benzoyl peroxide or exfoliating acids.

We recommend patch testing before first use.

Always use broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day while using retinol.

Should I avoid retinol before and after microneedling?
